Results: Terraristics

Australia has so many different biotopes that we had so many measurements, we couldn’t fit them all on the analysis forms! In the outback we determined the highest UV values we have ever measured. The difference between the „Wet Tropics“ in Queensland in the northeast and the dry outback in the centre of Australia was also interesting. The latter had a ground temperature of 63 °C, but an air temperature of only 37 °C. Care should be taken when comparing the UV values with data of other researchers! The sensors of the measuring devices are never identically set and therefore they can (unfortunately) vary significantly. Strictly speaking, values only can be compared if measured with the same sensor. Test devices used: GPS device from CANMORE (GPorter), Dr. Gröbel UV measuring device RM12 with separate UVA and UVB sensor, JBL TerraControl Solar for humidity and temperature.

PUSH messages from JBL

What are PUSH messages? As part of the W3C standard, web notifications define an API for end-user notifications that are sent to the user's desktop and/or mobile devices via the browser. Notifications appear on the end devices as they are familiar to the end user from apps installed on the device (e.g. emails). Notifications appear on the end user’s device, just like an app (e.g. for emails) installed on the device.

To be able to send web push notifications, all you need is a website with a web push code installed. This allows brands without apps to take advantage of many of the benefits of push notifications (personalised real-time communications at just the right moment).
