Revolutionary new technical equipment from JBL

New internal and external filters, a unique concept for filter materials, an innovative heater and T5 and T8 versions of the fluorescent tubes preferred by leading scientific institutions, these form the core of JBL´s new range of technical equipment. Leading up to this launch were meetings with aquarium enthusiasts, breeders and pet shop specialists who shared their ideas and wishes on the subject of filters with JBL. The result is unique: at last there are internal filters which can be operated with any filter material and which, when removed, drain through a valve system. The new JBL CristalProfi e External Filter has a pre-filter at the top, which not only prolongs the cleaning intervals for the main filter material, but can also be replaced in just 17 seconds (timed with a stop-watch! Can you beat that?) For the heaters, the aquarium experts also had a wish-list which has now been met: the temperature set on the heater often differs to the actual temperature reached. The JBL Heater now allows for fine re-adjustment. The request for a heat protection guard to protect fish from burns was also incorporated in the new design by the JBL Research and Development Department.
