Aquaristics Speed Dating, Craft Table and Scaping Battle in Sindelfingen

Next weekend it's time again. From 06 – 09 Dec 2019 the exhibition Fisch & Reptil 2019 is opening its gates in Sindelfingen. Once more this year JBL will be there. This year, together with the companies Tropica Aquarium Plants and Juwel Aquarium , we have come up with something very special. After the Master School of Aquarium Design (more on this under: The Master School of Aquarium Design 2019: A Workshop With Six Experts ) generated such a lot of demand and interest, we came up with three new formats for a single exhibition:

  1. Aquaristics Speed Dating
  2. Craft Table (not only for kids)
  3. Scaping Battle

These three formats will involve the spectators and exhibition visitors and allow them to get right up close to the experts, that's for sure. During the Speed Dating you’ll be able to set up an aquarium with Gregor Schwanke or Christian Kaus, ask any questions you have about your hobby and do your own thing for 10 - 15 minutes. Experience the experts up close in your personal speed date.

Young and old will learn at the craft table how to glue and bind plants onto stones, woods and other decorative materials and the able to take the results home free of charge.

In the "Scaping Battle" the two experts compete against each other, each with one apprentice at their side. This aquaristics duel gives the experts an opportunity to show their skills as masters and teachers.

There is no application phase. Come by directly and talk to us! We’re looking forward to this event and will report about it in detail afterwards with the results.

PUSH messages from JBL

What are PUSH messages? As part of the W3C standard, web notifications define an API for end-user notifications that are sent to the user's desktop and/or mobile devices via the browser. Notifications appear on the end devices as they are familiar to the end user from apps installed on the device (e.g. emails). Notifications appear on the end user’s device, just like an app (e.g. for emails) installed on the device.

These notifications enable a website operator to contact its users whenever they have a browser open - it doesn’t matter whether the user is currently visiting the website or not.

To be able to send web push notifications, all you need is a website with a web push code installed. This allows brands without apps to take advantage of many of the benefits of push notifications (personalised real-time communications at just the right moment).

Web notifications are part of the W3C standard and define an API for end user notifications. A notification makes it possible to inform the user about an event, such as a new blog post, outside the context of a website.

JBL GmbH & Co. KG provides this service free of charge, and it is easy to activate or deactivate.
