JBL sponsort den ersten Klimahaus®-Kongress „Süßwasser-Aquaristik“

Das Klimahaus® Bremerhaven 8° Ost ist den meisten als Freizeitattraktion bekannt. Mit dem Süßwasser-Aquaristik-Kongress richtet sich die Wissens- und Erlebniswelt nun erstmalig an „Fisch-Freunde“ und Hobby-Aquarianer. Am 21. und 22. April 2012 beleuchten Experten das Thema „Gefährdung aquatischer Lebensräume – Nachhaltigkeit und Aquaristik“. Zu den Referenten gehören bekannte Autoren wie Friedrich Bitter, Gerhard Ott, Frank Schäfer und Rainer Stawikowski.

Insgesamt 13 Referenten werden in zirka einstündigen Vorträgen über die Zierfisch- und Crustaceen-Zucht im In- und Ausland berichten. Auch die Heimatländer der Aquarientiere werden berücksichtigt. Sämtliche Referenten haben die Ursprungsländer vieler Fische und Krebse selbst bereist und präsentieren auf dem Symposium in Bremerhaven eindrucksvolles Bildmaterial dieser Biotope.

Sowohl nach den Vorträgen als auch in den Kaffeepausen bietet sich die Gelegenheit für Fragen an die Referenten und den Austausch mit Fachkollegen. Der Kongress wird durch einen Infostand der Deutschen Cichliden Gesellschaft e.V. (DCG), des Verbands Deutscher Vereine für Aquarien- und Terrarienvereine e.V. (VDA) und durch eine Aquarienausstellung begleitet – die Aquarien werden durch den Verein „Vivarium Bremerhaven Zierfischfreunde e.V.“ eingerichtet und besetzt. Beim Abendprogramm am Samstag besteht die Gelegenheit zu ausführlichen Gesprächen in geselliger Runde.

Während der Öffnungszeiten ist auch ein Abstecher in die Ausstellung des Klimahaus® möglich – hier werden unter anderem die Flusslandschaft Kameruns, das Saumriff Samoas und eine Trockenwiese Sardiniens gezeigt. Alle Aquarien und Terrarien weisen eine naturgetreue Einrichtung und einen authentischen Besatz auf. In den Aquarien und Terrarien des Klimahauses werden viele JBL Produkte aus Überzeugung für die artgerechte Haltung der Tiere verwendet. Die Wissens- und Erlebniswelt bietet auch Führungen hinter die Kulissen der Aquaristik und Terraristik an. Die Teilnehmer erhalten dabei unter anderem Einblicke in die Quarantänestation sowie die Wasseraufbereitung und -filterung der insgesamt eine Million Liter fassenden Aquarientechnik.

PUSH messages from JBL

What are PUSH messages? As part of the W3C standard, web notifications define an API for end-user notifications that are sent to the user's desktop and/or mobile devices via the browser. Notifications appear on the end devices as they are familiar to the end user from apps installed on the device (e.g. emails). Notifications appear on the end user’s device, just like an app (e.g. for emails) installed on the device.

These notifications enable a website operator to contact its users whenever they have a browser open - it doesn’t matter whether the user is currently visiting the website or not.

To be able to send web push notifications, all you need is a website with a web push code installed. This allows brands without apps to take advantage of many of the benefits of push notifications (personalised real-time communications at just the right moment).

Web notifications are part of the W3C standard and define an API for end user notifications. A notification makes it possible to inform the user about an event, such as a new blog post, outside the context of a website.
