Eine von Gartenteichbesitzern häufig gestellte Frage, ist, wieviel Futter benötigen meine Teichfische ?

In der News How can I calculate the weight of my fish? wurde eine Formel vorgestellt, mit der Sie das Gewicht ihrer Gartenteichfische ermitteln können. Der tägliche Futterbedarf hängt von der Wassertemperatur ab genauso wie von der Frage, ob es sich um junge, stark wachsende Tiere oder um ausgewachsene Fische handelt, die natürlich entsprechend weniger Futter benötigen. In der nachfolgenden Fütterungstabelle haben wir die wichtigsten Daten zusammengestellt, so dass Sie mit der Größe Ihrer Fische nun die erforderliche Futtermenge (und Futterart) in Abhängigkeit von der Wassertemperatur ermitteln können.

Ein Beispiel: Ein Koi-Liebhaber hat einen Gartenteich mit 20.000 L Inhalt. Der Koi-Verkäufer hat ihm empfohlen seinen Teich mit 1 Koi je 1000 l Wasser zu besetzen. Somit hat er inzwischen 20 Koi mit 40cm Länge in seinem Teich. Da 1 Koi dieser Größe ca. 1.500g wiegt, schwimmen insgesamt 30kg Fisch im Teich.

Es ist Juni 2013 und das Teichwasser ist 18°C warm. Der Koi-Fan hat sich JBL Koi maxi gekauft und will nun wissen wie viel er füttern muss.

  • minimale Futtermenge: 2% des Fischgewichts pro Tag
  • Futtermenge für 1 Fisch: 1,0 kg x 2% = 20 Gramm / Tag
  • Futtermenge für den gesamten Teich: 20 Fische x 1,0 kg je Fisch x 2 % = 400 Gramm / Tag

What are PUSH messages? As part of the W3C standard, web notifications define an API for end-user notifications that are sent to the user's desktop and/or mobile devices via the browser.
