Gemeinsam Gutes tun: Vom Scaping Battle zur Spende für Kinder

In den letzten Jahren haben wir von JBL gemeinsam mit Juwel Aquarium und Tropica Aquarium Plants zahlreiche Einrichtungsworkshops und -shows durchgeführt. So wurde ein Aquaristik Speed Dating und ein Scaping Battle im Rahmen der Fisch & Reptil 2019 in Sindelfingen ( Aquaristics Speed Dating, Craft Table and Scaping Battle in Sindelfingen angeboten.

Statt die „Messeerzeugnisse“ einfach wieder abzubauen oder gar entsorgen zu müssen, entschlossen sich die drei Unternehmen gemeinsam, die Aquarien in liebevolle Hände abzugeben und hierfür nur einen kleinen Betrag zu verlangen, der Kindern in Not oder ohne Unterstützung zu Gute kommen soll. 

Der Erlös von 700,- Euro, aus dem Verkauf der eingerichteten Aquarien, wurde mit Unterstützung von Gregor Schwanke, Inhaber von Aqua Design Black Forest, an die ProKids Stiftung VS-Schwenningen am 10.03.2020 in die Hände von Herrn Spitz übergeben. 

Die Spenden sind für Kinder aus der Region gedacht, um warmes Schulessen, die Vermittlung von lebenswichtigen Dingen wie Kleidung oder Schulmaterial vorzunehmen und einen Treff- und Anlaufpunkt für Kinder und deren Familien in Not zu bieten. So wurde aus der Liebe zur Aquaristik ein Nutzen auf der Messe gestiftet, der noch zwei weitere Parteien glücklich stimmen konnte. Eine echte Win-Win-Win Situation!

PUSH messages from JBL

What are PUSH messages? As part of the W3C standard, web notifications define an API for end-user notifications that are sent to the user's desktop and/or mobile devices via the browser. Notifications appear on the end devices as they are familiar to the end user from apps installed on the device (e.g. emails). Notifications appear on the end user’s device, just like an app (e.g. for emails) installed on the device.

These notifications enable a website operator to contact its users whenever they have a browser open - it doesn’t matter whether the user is currently visiting the website or not.

To be able to send web push notifications, all you need is a website with a web push code installed. This allows brands without apps to take advantage of many of the benefits of push notifications (personalised real-time communications at just the right moment).
