Prosta instalacja
Armaturę przykręcić na napełnianą butlę CO2. Reduktor ciśnienia połączyć za pomocą węża z dyfuzorem w akwarium. Na precyzyjnym zaworze iglicowym ustawić liczbę bąbelków CO2. Dwa ciśnieniomierze pokazują ciśnienie w butli i robocze. Bezpieczne stosowanie Reduktor ciśnienia posiada nadciśnieniowy zawór bezpieczeństwa, on zapewnia bezpieczne wypuszczenie [gazu] przy zbyt wysoko ustawionym ciśnieniu roboczym bez uszkodzenia armatury. Sterowanie membraną reduktora ciśnienia gwarantuje absolutną niezawodność.

Porada: Poprzez odkręcenie nakrętki radełkowej nasadkowej za pomocą klucza inbusowego można bardzo prosto zmienić na system butli jednorazowej.

Działanie reduktora ciśnienia:
W celu obniżenia ciśnienia w butli ze sprężonym gazem, nakręca się tam reduktor ciśnienia (JBL PROFLORA u001 ew. m001). Obniża on ciśnienie w butli 50-60 bar do ciśnienia roboczego ok. 1,5 bar. Te 1,5 bar są następnie tak dokładnie dozowane ręcznym pokrętłem (precyzyjny zawór iglicowy), że na podłączonym liczniku bąbelków są widoczne pojedyncze bąbelki CO2 i można je policzyć. Ciśnienie w butli i ciśnienie robocze w przypadku niektórych reduktorów ciśnienia są pokazane na manometrach. Dokładnie rzecz biorąc te wskaźniki nie są niezbędnie potrzebne, ponieważ ciśnienie w butli nie spada powoli jak w butlach ze sprężonym powietrzem dla nurków i tak można zostać wcześniej ostrzeżonym, jeżeli butla kończy się. How do I know that my CO2 pressure gas cylinder still has gas in it?

The cylinder pressure of 50 – 60 bar, depending on the room temperature, remains constant until the cylinder is almost completely empty. The easiest method is to weigh your CO2 cylinder incl. bracket when it is completely empty. This way you will know the exact tare weight of your CO2 cylinder with its attachment parts at any time. If you forget it you can read the tare weight on the CO2 cylinder (stamp marking at the neck of the cylinder) and add 0.5 kg for the safety bracket. A full m500 CO2 cylinder with security bracket weighs according to that tare + 1 kg (0.5 kg bracket + 0.5 kg filling) – a m2000 tare + 2.5 kg (0.5 kg bracket + 2 kg filling).

Toller Druckminderer zur präzisen Einstellung der Co2-Menge. Was ich sehr gut finde ist, dass man den Arbeitsdruck zwischen 0-4 Bar im Handumdrehen verstellen kann. Das können Druckminderer von anderen vielen andere Herstellern leider nicht. Die Verarbeitung ist top, was will man mehr?
