Nature at Home – Home for Fish and Plants
Fish and invertebrates need to feel as much at home in the aquarium as in the wild Transform your aquarium water into biotope-like water to protect your aquarium dwellers. Clean aquarium water – optimal water quality. When setting up a new aquarium, during partial a water change and after the use of remedies. Tap water contains heavy metals, such as copper, zinc and lead. To make the water suitable to the requirements of the fish, it must be free of heavy metals, chlorine and chloramine. The water is made suitable for fish by neutralising these substances using dedicated water conditioners. With its aloe vera, Biotopol also ensures that mucous membranes, gills, skin and fins are protected. Aloe vera provides protection from stress, protects the fish’s mucous membranes noticeably and reduces the risk of disease with its vitamin B complex. Chelators enclose heavy metals and aggressive substances are removed during the next partial water change. Chlorine is transformed into harmless chloride, dangerous chlorine and chloramine are neutralised. Use for: water change and when setting up a new aquarium; to strengthen the fish after treatment. Always use one hour before the use of bacterial starters, such as Denitrol.

Advantages of the JBL water conditioners:
Pollutants in the tap water are neutralised,
nutrients are added,
the mucous membranes, gills, skin and fins are protected with aloe vera,

brings protection from stress and reduces the risk of disease with its vitamin B complex.

FAQ
When and how exactly is the water conditioner needed?

If you carry out your partial water change with a bucket, it is simple: always add the dose of water conditioner into the filled bucket (e.g. for the 10 l bucket content). However, if you are using a hose, add the dose of water conditioner to the aquarium BEFORE you add fresh water. This allows problem substances in the tap water, such as chlorine or lead, to be bound immediately, before they can do any harm. Please note that under certain circumstances this method could be fatal for shrimps and invertebrates, as they should NOT come into contact with any copper present in the tap water. If you have shrimps and invertebrates you should only follow the bucket method, in which the copper in the bucket is already bound by the water conditioner BEFORE it enters the aquarium.

How long should you wait before adding other products after using Biotopol?

Plant fertilisers, such as Ferropol, can be added straight afterwards, since the trace elements, which are susceptible to oxidation, are protected through the chelators in the fertiliser. We generally recommend you wait 30 – 60 minutes between doses when adding medications.

PUSH messages from JBL

What are PUSH messages? As part of the W3C standard, web notifications define an API for end-user notifications that are sent to the user's desktop and/or mobile devices via the browser. Notifications appear on the end devices as they are familiar to the end user from apps installed on the device (e.g. emails). Notifications appear on the end user’s device, just like an app (e.g. for emails) installed on the device.

These notifications enable a website operator to contact its users whenever they have a browser open - it doesn’t matter whether the user is currently visiting the website or not.

To be able to send web push notifications, all you need is a website with a web push code installed. This allows brands without apps to take advantage of many of the benefits of push notifications (personalised real-time communications at just the right moment).

Web notifications are part of the W3C standard and define an API for end user notifications. A notification makes it possible to inform the user about an event, such as a new blog post, outside the context of a website.
