  • JBL Aqua In-Out: The adapters that come with it don't fit on the faucet in the kitchen or the one in the bathroom. Neither do they fit on the bathtub faucet. Where can I get the right adapters?

Unfortunately, I can't provide information on where you can find a suitable adapter in your area. All I can recommend is trying a conventional bathroom fittings shop.

  • What happens if the aquarium is higher than the water jet pump installed?

To pump the water out of the aquarium, a suction effect is required for the JBL PROCLEAN AQUA IN-OUT COMPLETE to function correctly. As soon as the suction hose has been filled with water through the tap, the tap can be turned off. If the aquarium is higher than the water jet pump, you’ll need to continue running the tap water to generate and maintain the suction. This will require a ratio of approximately 1:2 (aquarium water : tap water). This means that small height differences of up to one metre can be overcome without any problems. For this reason, it is important that the drain and the aquarium are on the same floor. _x000D_ The generation of the suction effect depends on further factors: water pressure of the pipe, hose length, height difference and any clogging in the flow caused by leaves or snails in the protective strainers.

  • Why does the hose always pop off at the coupling?

Have you made sure that the hose was positioned securely in the guide (between the connector and the "flexible knobs") at the coupling when the hose was installed? This is important because pressure is exerted on the hose when the coupling piece is screwed fast so that it can no longer come off.

PUSH messages from JBL

What are PUSH messages? As part of the W3C standard, web notifications define an API for end-user notifications that are sent to the user's desktop and/or mobile devices via the browser. Notifications appear on the end devices as they are familiar to the end user from apps installed on the device (e.g. emails). Notifications appear on the end user’s device, just like an app (e.g. for emails) installed on the device.

A notification makes it possible to inform the user about an event outside the context of a website, such as a new blog post, a competition or a voucher.

These notifications enable a website operator to contact its users whenever they have a browser open - it doesn’t matter whether the user is currently visiting the website or not.

To be able to send web push notifications, all you need is a website with a web push code installed. This allows brands without apps to take advantage of many of the benefits of push notifications (personalised real-time communications at just the right moment).
