The Halloween Competition

Energy saving and clean water

Clean and healthy aquarium water is the most important key to ensure that your aquarium does not suffer a horror story. With a JBL CristalProfi e greenline external filter you can filter aquariums from 40 to 800 litres in an energy-saving way and at the same time save on your electricity bill. From 4 W power consumption you have a high filter performance and save at least 27 % compared to comparable predecessor models. Win one of five external filters in the size of your choice and add special filter media up to a prize of 250 euros. That way, you won't have any problems in the first place!

Here’s how it works

Tell us about your horror experience in the aquarium and how JBL could help you. Be it a product, a tip or our guidebooks. You have 160 characters for your personal horror story. With your permission, the best 10 stories will be published on the myJBL blog. Will your story make it?

Simply take part by 31 October 2022, use the 160 characters effectively, and with a little luck win one of five JBL CristalProfi e greenline external filters plus extra filter media worth 250 euros. The winners will be drawn from all the participants. Please note our conditions of participation.

PUSH messages from JBL

What are PUSH messages? As part of the W3C standard, web notifications define an API for end-user notifications that are sent to the user's desktop and/or mobile devices via the browser. Notifications appear on the end devices as they are familiar to the end user from apps installed on the device (e.g. emails). Notifications appear on the end user’s device, just like an app (e.g. for emails) installed on the device.

These notifications enable a website operator to contact its users whenever they have a browser open - it doesn’t matter whether the user is currently visiting the website or not.

To be able to send web push notifications, all you need is a website with a web push code installed. This allows brands without apps to take advantage of many of the benefits of push notifications (personalised real-time communications at just the right moment).

Web notifications are part of the W3C standard and define an API for end user notifications. A notification makes it possible to inform the user about an event, such as a new blog post, outside the context of a website.

JBL GmbH & Co. KG provides this service free of charge, and it is easy to activate or deactivate.
