You can view where your parcel is at any time and on the delivery day you will receive a message informing you to the hour of when your parcel will arrive. With the live tracking you even can narrow it to 30 minutes. If you are not at home when the delivery arrives you can decide where the parcel will be left, e.g. with a neighbour or a parcel shop.

    Flexible payment options

    You can choose between credit card, direct debit, PayPal and many other payment methods. You decide how to pay your current order. That way you stay flexible and can adapt to your current situation and product you require. We give you the joint benefits of choice and security.

    Replacement for damage and consignment loss

    We give you security. If your parcel gets lost on its way to you or arrives in a damaged condition, contact immediately our Customer Service Center indicating the shipment number and attaching pictures of the damage. If you wish we will replace the lost or damaged articles.

    Do you have questions about the use or installation of one of the products you ordered? Our customer service is looking forward to helping you. Just access your order under My orders and create a ticket for your order. We would like to help you to use the products simply and correctly.

    No charge for returns within 30 days

    Are you dissatisfied with an article you ordered or did you it order it by mistake? You can return all articles purchased from the JBL Online Shop quickly, easily and conveniently within 30 days after receipt. Just access your order under My orders and create a ticket for your order. If you use the return slip provided by our service team we will bear the costs for your return consignment. Otherwise the costs will fall to you. The use of the return slip is not a requirement for the return consignment. After we have received your goods we will reimburse you to the value of the goods returned, using the method of payment used for the order.     Delivery free of charge with orders starting at 19 Euro

    Your JBL orders are free of shipping costs except for order values below 19 Euro (Germany) or 29 Euro (Austria) or in case of a partial revocation, when the remaining value of the goods is less than the sum mentioned above. For purchase orders to a destination country within Europe there will be costs for shipping and packaging according to our Shipping costs .

    The guarantee extension JBL GarantiePlus ensures you have an extra-long extended 4-year guarantee on your JBL product, starting from the date of purchase. Don’t miss this chance to get your extended guarantee claim! A 2-year manufacturer warrantee is normally all you get. But what then?

    You can register the products you purchased in the JBL Online Shop, quickly and easily and always keep track of your products. This enables you not only to manage your purchases and products, but also gives you access to background information and services for your JBL products round the clock.     Repair service

    Should you accidently damage a product or not manage to correct a faulty operation by yourself, our help is there for you at any time. Just enter the product you registered, create a ticket for our Customer Service Center and fill in the return slip for the repair/examination. Once we have completed our examination we will send you a free estimate of costs. Once we have completed our examination we also will be able to provide information about the defect. If you agree to the repair costs please confirm this so that we can carry out the repairs mentioned in the estimate of costs. Otherwise we will return the product free of charge. Of course, if the product is still within the guarantee period no costs will be charged to you.

    Complaint handling directly with the manufacturer

    If your product is faulty within the warranty or guarantee period you can deal with the claim directly with us as manufacturer. If the problem can’t be solved in writing and with a spare part shipment, we offer you the opportunity to examine your JBL product in the JBL Service Center.
