This is how to feed your fish properly in autumn

It happens so quickly:

One minute we have close to 30 degrees and 4 weeks later it’s hardly more than 10 degrees.

Our jewels in the garden pond need time to adapt to the autumn temperatures, just as we humans do.

It is very important for the koi that their food no longer floats but instead follows them into the deeper zones. This means they no longer need to come to the water surface to feed. The energy requirements of the easily digestive food is now precisely adapted to suit the water temperature and the koi is optimally prepared for the winter.
