ProScan 3.0 – Always with you, everywhere you go

Imagine you go to your specialist dealer for advice. And then you realise you forgot to determine the current water values. You quickly call home and carry out a measurement using your partner’s secondary device. This immediately appears on your phone.

Not long ago we told you about a major ProScan update to the version 2.5 ( Our popular JBL ProScan app is now available in 11 languages ). Another 11 languages have been added to include a larger group of users. And now the next update is already available in the AppStore and Google Play Store , and with it the long-awaited bidirectional synchronisation. From now on you can manage and measure your water values with multiple devices. The newly created profiles and new measurements will no longer only be saved in your Profile / Account under My Analyses , but can also be shared between all your devices. Whether you’re using your tablet or your smartphone, your data will always be identical. It couldn't be easier!

      Hello Rodolfo,
      only during the analysis "aquarium freshwater"”and "water" the current CO2 content in the water will be calculated as an additional bonus.

        Hallo Andreas, es muss im Profil auf Ihrem Handy mindestens eine Messung hinzugefügt werden, damit die Synchronisation starten kann. Ein leeres Profil ruft daher keine Werte ab.

          Ce produit est vraiment une connerie cela ne fonctionne pas du tous j'ai acheter des bandelette pour 14€ un vendeur me la conseillé sans acheter le kit

            Depuis le téléchargement de la nouvelle version de JBL PROSCAN, je n'arrive plus à ouvrir l'onglet "historique" pour pouvoir comparer mes mesures.

              Hi Jean-Francois,
              you have to add a new scan, to get access to this history function again.
              Please not, that only measurement with version 3.0 are part of the history function. Old data is still stored in your online profile.

                Ich kann meine Messungen nicht synchronisieren. Habe die aktuellste Appversion und ein aktuelles Androidbetriebssystem. App wurde deinstalliert und neu installiert, die Synchronisation funktioniert trotzdem nicht. Zudem zeigen die Messungen neuerdings Chlor an. Die Teststäbchen wurden trocken gelagert und sind auch noch nicht abgelaufen.

                  Hierzu benötigen wir Ihre UUID der App, die Sie unter Extras auf dem Startscreen finden.
                  Wenn Chlor angezeigt wird, deutet dies auf Teststreifen hin, die einen Feuchtigkeitsschaden erlitten haben. Senden Sie unserem Customerservice (aqua@jbl.de) zusätzlich den Kaufbeleg und den Chargencode der Teststreifen.

                    wir konnten Ihr Anliegen bereits im Service lösen. Die alten Messungen werden abgerufen, sobald eine neue Messung unter der Installation hinzugefügt wird.

                        Hi Coen, please load the latest update. I think you are using the iOS version. All measurements are still saved in the myJBL online history: https://www.jbl.de/en/useraquarium/listing/my-analyses
                        Your smartphone starts with a new set of measurements and will add all to your profile and the other devices. The measurement save works fine. I tried it again. Please contact me at socialmedia@jbl.de with your UUID. So we can check the problem. Maybe you can take a video as bug description?

                        Buonasera sto allestendo il mio acquario utilizzando jbl volcano come base e shrimps soil che poi andrò a piantumare. Devo aggiungere fertilizzanti? Poi inseriro gamberi e galaxy rasbora. Grazie in anticipo

                          PUSH messages from JBL

                          What are PUSH messages? As part of the W3C standard, web notifications define an API for end-user notifications that are sent to the user's desktop and/or mobile devices via the browser. Notifications appear on the end devices as they are familiar to the end user from apps installed on the device (e.g. emails). Notifications appear on the end user’s device, just like an app (e.g. for emails) installed on the device.

                          A notification makes it possible to inform the user about an event outside the context of a website, such as a new blog post, a competition or a voucher.

                          These notifications enable a website operator to contact its users whenever they have a browser open - it doesn’t matter whether the user is currently visiting the website or not.

                          To be able to send web push notifications, all you need is a website with a web push code installed. This allows brands without apps to take advantage of many of the benefits of push notifications (personalised real-time communications at just the right moment).

                          Web notifications are part of the W3C standard and define an API for end user notifications. A notification makes it possible to inform the user about an event, such as a new blog post, outside the context of a website.
