You can register the products you purchased in the JBL Online Shop, quickly and easily and always keep track of your products. Should you accidently damage a product or not manage to correct a faulty operation by yourself, our help is there for you at any time. Just enter the product you registered, create a ticket for our Customer Service Center and fill in the return slip for the repair/examination. Once we have completed our examination we will send you a free estimate of costs. Once we have completed our examination we also will be able to provide information about the defect. If you agree to the repair costs please confirm this so that we can carry out the repairs mentioned in the estimate of costs. Otherwise we will return the product free of charge. Of course, if the product is still within the guarantee period no costs will be charged to you.
Complaint handling directly with the manufacturer
If your product is faulty within the warranty or guarantee period you can deal with the claim directly with us as manufacturer. If the problem can’t be solved in writing and with a spare part shipment, we offer you the opportunity to examine your JBL product in the JBL Service Center.
