The statutory guarantee protects consumers in the event of goods that are faulty or do not function properly. Within the EU, a warranty period of at least two years generally applies.
In the event of a defect, the seller should be contacted as soon as possible and proof of purchase should be provided.

- Repair or replacement
- Price reduction or refund, where applicable
