Web bildirimleri W3C standardının bir parçası olarak tarayıcı bildirimleri üzerinden kullanıcının masaüstüne ve/veya mobil cihazına gönderilen son kullanıcı bildirimleri için bir API tanımlar. Bildirimler uçbirim cihazlarda son kullanıcının cihaza yüklü uygulamalardan tanıdığı şekliyle görünür (örn. e-postalar).
