JBL Sansibar – just as fantastic as Zanzibar Island

Starting February, JBL will be selling three new aquarium substrates bearing the name of Sansibar. JBL Sansibar substrates don't need any elaborate rinsing. Instead, they can be placed in the aquarium or aqua terrarium immediately without releasing any toxins or hardness-producing substances into the water!

JBL Sansibar is 100% natural and NOT a plastic-coated gravel/substrate. All three varieties meet the needs of bottom-feeding fish such as cory catfish.

• JBL Sansibar Black: Black gravel, grain size 0.2 – 0.5 mm.
• JBL Sansibar White: White gravel, grain size 0.2 - 0.5 mm.
• JBL Sansibar River: Grey gravel, grain size 0.4 – 1.4 mm.

Another lottery will be starting soon where the photos of the participants showing JBL Sansibar as a substrate will be rated by everyone via facebook. The champion will win a flight for two persons to Zanzibar in the Indian Ocean for a weekend, so they can see the awesome Zanzibar beaches with beautiful substrates with their own eyes.
