New JBL PROTERRA food concept for reptiles

It tastes good to the turtles, is healthy, natural and varied. In co-operation with leading turtle experts, the JBL research and development department has developed a completely new line of food that provides species-appropriate nutrition for all land, water and pond turtles: four types of food for land turtles, four for aquatic and pond turtles and a baby food for aquatic turtles. The new foods are available in sizes between 250 ml and 2.5 litres.

The pleasant odour of flowers in the tortoise food JBL PROTERRA FLORSIL makes it immediately clear how naturally the new JBL food varieties have been developed. For tortoises, the range includes fruit food ( JBL PROTERRA FRUCTIL ), vegetable food ( JBL PROTERRA VEGABIL , herb food ( JBL PROTERRA HERBIL ) and the aforementioned flower food. A four-pack with a price advantage rounds off the tortoise concept.

Developed for aquatic and pond turtles: A main food mix ( JBL PROTERRA CRUSTARUS ), dried fish ( JBL PROTERRA PESCARUS ), a snail/crustacean/fish mix ( JBL PROTERRA MOLLUSCUS ) and, of course, the popular gammarus ( JBL PROTERRA GAMMARUS ).

There is also a food mix for small water and pond turtles ( JBL PROTERRA BABY ). Here, too, there will be a four-pack of food varieties for water and pond turtles with a price advantage.

Passend zum neuen Schildkrötenfutter hat sich die JBL Forschungs- und Entwicklungsabteilung intensiv mit der artgerechten Futter- und Mineralergänzung für Reptilien beschäftigt. Beispielsweise darf der Vitamin A Gehalt bestimmte Grenzen nicht übersteigen.

Das Ergebnis sind drei verschiedene Multivitaminpräparate, die in der Zusammensetzung an die Ziel-Tiergruppe genau angepasst wurden: Für Landschildkröten ( JBL PROTERRA TORTOISE FLUID , 2 x 10 ml), für Wasserschildkröten ( JBL PROTERRA TURTLE FLUID , 2 x 10 ml) und für andere Reptilien ( JBL PROTERRA REPTILE FLUID , 2 x 10 ml). Zur Kalziumergänzung wird es ein Kalziumpulver ( JBL PROTERRA CALCIUM POWDER , 2 x 25 ml) geben, welches eine extrem feine Qualität besitzt (max. 0,09 mm).

Für die Ernährung von Futtertieren wird JBL TerraCrick in die PROTERRA Reihe überführt und inhaltlich mit präbiotischem Futter optimiert (3x 10 ml). Natürlicher und gesünder können Reptilien nicht ernährt werden!
