Installating the JBL Proflora Direct Inline Diffuser (Video)

CO2 is a bit of a mystery for a lot of aquarium owners. “It’s complicated” and “Probably dangerous” (after all it is a gas). But these are completely unfounded preconceptions. Anyone who wants a device which is easy to use, yet supplies CO2 economically and directly, will be well served by the inline diffuser JBL ProFlora Direct . Just fit this small component into the hose coming from the external filter, and the CO2 supply into the aquarium is practically invisible. It has an integrated bubble counter to easily dose the amount being added. An integrated check valve prevents the water backflow into the components behind it, such as CO2 cylinder or controller.

Unpacking – assembling - ready

In just a few steps the inline diffuser can be installed and is ready for use. Our check-list and the following video will show you exactly how it works:

  2. Water the diaphragm for 24 hours
  3. Install holder with screws or suction cups in the aquarium cabinet /at the aquarium
  4. Cut hose at the outlet side of the external filter and connect the ProFlora direct
  5. Fill Y-part with bubble counter with water and connect
  6. Connect special CO2 hose with ProFlora direct
  7. Set CO2 bubble count and start the water flow
  8. Ready
