If the carbonate hardness (pH-stabilising minerals) in your pond water is below 5 °dKH, the pH value will fluctuate enormously in the course of a day and thus place an enormous strain on the inhabitants of your pond. Adding JBL StabiloPond KH renews the minerals important for pH stabilisation to your pond water. This is very important, for example, BEFORE applying anti-algae agents, as they need the lowest possible pH value to be most effective. Therefore, add JBL StabiloPond KH in the evening the day before and use the low pH value the next morning to add the anti-algae agent.
